I'm in this business because I love to help people meet their goals. Buying and selling real estate is a life changing event, and I am focused on being a dedicated advisor and representative for you throughout this process. I do all of my own work and keep a small client load so I can give you the attention you deserve. I believe strongly in creating win/win situations for my clients and community.  I am a lifelong learner and love to meet new challenges with practicality.

As a full time agent for the last seven years (and a business owner for 17 years), I have solid skills in negotiation, property valuation, finance, problem solving, communication, marketing, and customer service. I am passionate about historic buildings and strive to continually educate myself with an eye towards preservation.

In my free time I make architectural stained glass (ultravioletstainedglass.com), spend time with friends and family, cook up a storm, and play with my Corgi, Leto. I like old Goth music from the 70's and 80's, libraries, the forest, and applied arts.
